Maulers Welcome New Members of the Board of Directors

The Maulers Board would like to thank all the candidates who took part in the Spring elections this year. We are an all-volunteer organization. The parents are the lifeblood of our organization. The following individuals have been newly elected to the Board of Directors.

President – Craig Bewick
Secretary – Kimberly Lund
General Director – Greg Harman

Please also welcome the following functional committee members:

Travel Hockey Registrar – Rheanna Walsh
Travel Ice Scheduler & Online Calendar – Laura Harman

Please join us in welcoming these individuals to the Board. Thanks to them for their involvement, we look forward to their efforts and contributions to the Maulers youth hockey program.

NIHL 2011 - 2012 Academic Excellence Award

NIHL 2011 – 2012 Academic Excellence Award
Every year the Northern Illinois Hockey League encourages NIHL players to participate in their “Academic Excellence” Program. To qualify all NIHL rostered 1st through 8th grade players must earn and submit a straight “A” report card, in all subjects ( except for Phys. Ed.), for a minimum of one grading period. All NIHL rostered High School age players must earn a minimum of a “B” honor roll recognition for at least one grading period.

The Maulers Organization would like to congratulate the following NIHL Academic Excellence Award recipients:

Bringing Back “Old Time Pond Hockey”

Mondays June 11 – Aug 20 (11 weeks)
Mite-Squirt 6:35pm – 7:35pm
PeeWee-Bantam 7:45 pm – 8:45 pm
AND
Thursdays June 14 – Aug 23 (11 weeks)
Mite-Squirt 6:35 pm – 7:35 pm
PeeWee-Bantam 7:45 pm– 8:45 pm

Small area games encourage creativity and increases “puck touches”.
Great way to work on skating, stick handling, shooting and creativity in a fun setting.
Sessions overseen by Maulers’ Hockey Director and Maulers’ Coaches.
Get into shape and prepared for the fall league play.
Check our website for “Mauler Skills” Classes on Tuesdays all summer!

$350 for the entire summer!
Registration begins May 21st at 10:00am.
